Trump Finally Weighs In On The Measles Outbreak; Dems Blame Him For Making it Worse
The Centers for Disease Control reported on Wednesday that there were 695 cases of measles in 22 states, the highest since the disease was virtually eradicated in the United States in 2000. It’s only April.
On Friday, several days after the milestone was hit, President Donald Trump briefly addressed the emerging health crisis when asked by reporters.
“They have to get the shot,” he said. “The vaccinations are so important. This is really going on now, they have to get their shots.”
