Donald Trump Is Now a  CONVICTED FELON! 

The Guardian reports:

Judge Juan Merchan has sentenced Donald Trump to unconditional discharge in the hush money case, meaning he will avoid jail time, fines or probation.

Overall, Justice Merchan’s statement was far less scathing than might have been expected. He was primarily focused on distinguishing Trump the individual from Trump the president-elect, and asserting that it is the office that deserves extensive legal protections, rather than the man.

Merchan immediately left the judge’s bench after sentencing the former game show host, making Trump a convicted felon forever.

It is worth noting that it would be atypical for a first-time offender to be sentenced to jail for a Class 4 felony in New York State.
